Anyone out there use these?
Keen on feedback on using them in live/club situations as compared to Zildjians - I guess they are a related company to Zildjian? Have read all the advertising stuff in MD, etc and will be trying some examples soon on a 'no obligation' basis.
Thanks!!

I believe our own Lorenzini is an Instanbul Artist so he may have something to offer.

I got my endorsement in October, and before that I did not have that much experience with their cymbal lines, which there is a wide variety. I have always used K's and A customs and I thought they were the only cymbals in the world that I would ever play. Istanbul Cymbals was founded by one of the three original Zildjin K hand hammers. Istanbul still today use the same techniques as did Zildjin did when making their old K cymbals, which are the most sought out cymbals in the world! I can't even begin to tell you how stoked I am with these cymbals! I am currently using the Traditional Line, which are Istanbul's "K" line. If you have any questions on where to get them or which line is best for you, give me a holler!

I have a pair of 14" "Nostalgia" hi-hats and a 16" "Agop" crash and they sound fantastic. The hats are some of the nicest I've played, very thin and dark. Same goes for the crash actually.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to try some Alchemy options (16" crash, 20" Ride) and then explore the hi hat range.
They sound as good as anything else out there after playing with them last night! (Need to play live with your bandmates to REALLY check hem out).
